About MeBrie Vicek (Scenic Designer) is a second year graduate candidate in scenic design for the School of Theatre. She holds a BA in Theatre Arts for Scenic Design and a BA in Visual Arts for Studio Painting from the University of Northern Colorado. Some past design credits include Footloose, Three Sisters and Handel’s Xerxes. At Penn State she serves as the paint shop coordinator and recent production credits include scenic paint charge for Loves Labors Lost, In the Red and Brown Water, and From Up Here. Additionally she oversees the work of BFA students assigned to the paint shop. Last year she also enjoyed the added experience of working for the summer season of Pennsylvania Center Stage as a scenic artist after studying abroad in London.

Currently I am working on implementing the scenic design for Mass. The work is a part of the celebration for the 50th anniversary celebration for Penn State's School of Arts & Architecture.
